HSAS: Debate Team

One of the oldest clubs at HSAS, the club competes annually in the Lincoln - Douglas debate competition. Under the supervision of Mr. Iurato, the team works hard to research, write, and practice for the competition.

The Debate Team wins the Lincoln-Douglas Debates in 2011: Samantha Emmert, Sophie Mann, and Giovanni Lamour were the team leaders in the final round against High School of the Future, Wednesday, May 25. A big round of applause to the whole team, and advisor Mr. Iurato for a year of hard work.
